According to Business Group on Health’s 2023 Large Employers' Health Care Strategy and Plan Design Survey, 65% of employers are stating that their health and well-being strategy will play an integral role in their overall workforce strategy. That’s up over 20% from previous years. Employers recognize that having a strategic well-being program in place can attract and retain talent through benefits and offerings, as well as support employees’ overall health and well-being, which correlates to better cultures and business performance.
