Vivacity’s Test Kitchen
We finally tried TikTok’s viral “Reese’s but Better For You Rice Cakes”, and we are fans! They hit all the right senses; sweet, salty, crunchy and soft. Nom, nom, nom….. We’ve shared the recipe below but be sure to check out our Instagram page (@vivacityteam) to view our recipe reel.
Reese’s but Better For You Rice Cakes:
Ingredients:
Large or small caramel flavored rice cakes
Nut butter of choice
Dark chocolate chips
Coconut oil (about a Tbsp.)
Toppings of choice (sea salt, chopped peanuts, caramel sauce, coconut flakes, etc.)
Directions:
Smear nut butter of choice on rice cakes
Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave or over stovetop
Pull rice cakes out of freezer and dip in melted chocolate
Place rice cakes back on cookie sheet and add toppings of choice
Place in freezer again for 15 minutes
Remove from freezer and enjoy!
