We finally tried TikTok’s viral “Reese’s but Better For You Rice Cakes”, and we are fans! They hit all the right senses; sweet, salty, crunchy and soft. Nom, nom, nom….. We’ve shared the recipe below but be sure to check out our Instagram page (@vivacityteam) to view our recipe reel

Reese’s but Better For You Rice Cakes:
Ingredients:

  • Large or small caramel flavored rice cakes

  • Nut butter of choice

  • Dark chocolate chips

  • Coconut oil (about a Tbsp.)

  • Toppings of choice (sea salt, chopped peanuts, caramel sauce, coconut flakes, etc.)

 Directions:

  • Smear nut butter of choice on rice cakes

  • Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer for 15 minutes

  • Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave or over stovetop

  • Pull rice cakes out of freezer and dip in melted chocolate

  • Place rice cakes back on cookie sheet and add toppings of choice

  • Place in freezer again for 15 minutes

  • Remove from freezer and enjoy!
